In the present study, we developed a new inducible expression system that could regulate the expression of genes in mammalian cells using IPTG. WebIPTG (0.5 m M) is added to induce expression of the cloned gene and the cells are grown for 3 hr more and harvested by centrifugation. About 1.5 g of wet cells is obtained from 600 ml of culture.
