WebApr 24, 2016 · The best thing you can do if you want to take over the town by peace is to build up a trading fleet. Several fleets with 2 fluyt ships each and set them up to pick up the goods you are over producing and sell them to any and every town that does NOT produce that product. At this point you just do the math.
